Returned some unused notes on Friday 6th and still haven’t had money put in my account. We have used your company for years and this is the first time this has happened. Disappointed..

Ordered 5000 dollars,easy transaction online,I missed the postman twice,both times my own fault and arranged a pick up from a post office,sent in two envelopes which makes sense,,I would definitely use the company again,thanks great online experience ,great rate aswell

Incredibly frustrating customer service.

I have used this service once before and it worked fine.

This time around it did not end up going well at all.

The main issue was that I wanted the order to be delivered to a different address than my billing address! Last time this worked absolutely fine with no problems, no identity checks, no email exchanges, nothing.

This time around everything went wrong and it was the worst possible timing. They did not send out the order because they had to go through additional checks, forcing me to find a different solution with a different Travel Money exchange at the last minute on the day of my travels.

None of my details changed but this time they kept asking me to verify my identity and were constantly unhappy with any response that I gave. I ended up having an entire email exchange and sharing images of my passport without it resolving anything. As a result, since this was a time-sensitive order I have to go to a different Travel Money exchange and waste more money and time to get myself sorted out.

Additionally, I called them two times with only an answering machine that kept saying to call back later.

I even paid an extra 30 pounds to guarantee the order would come in good time. Involving the manager also did not aid me in my situation.

Finally, even now, on the day of my departure, they are asking for additional verification and saying we did not pass checks (so the order hasn't even left their main office).

Travel FX will do anything to avoid any responsibility for the client and to not refund them, I am appalled at this level of service given how many good reviews they have.

Ordered again recently as their rate for euros was by far the best rate around.

Easy to do,arranged the delivery date,paid by bank transfer. Immediate E mail confirming the order & subsequent receipt of my payment.

24 hrs prior to free delivery,E mail saying order being prepared & then another saying money despatched. Able to track the package via Royal Mail & delivered on the promised day.

Excellent service,great rates & highly recommended.

Ordered £750 of euros ( not my first transaction with Travelfx) but on this occasion the currency never arrived. I realize the fault lies at the door of the Royal Mail who acknowledge it has gone missing but my problem is that Travelfx will not reimburse me or replace the euros until the Royal Mail has finished it’s investigation. As this can take up to 30 days I am left £750 out of pocket and having to buy another lot of euros for my holiday.

This is the third time that I have used Travel Fx and they are extremely reliable and efficient. Best rates and the euros arrived at exactly the time stated with the order.

I have used Travel FX many times over the couple of years and have bought many thousands of Japanese Yen each time.

Travel FX give the best rates and have always delivered on time.

AFTER MANY TIMES ONCE AGAIN BOUGHT EUROS OFF TRAVEL FX AND NO DIFFERENCE THIS TIME, AS ALWAYS EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND DELIVERED EXACTLY AS WAS STATED. Fast free delivery came on the day I requested, will use again

I have just used this online company for the first time, at first I was a little sceptical because they were offering better rates than everyone else.

However having now had my Turkish Lira delivered I can safely say I will definitely use TravelFX again.

Easy to use, delivery as planned and exchange rate as stated.
