Bought £74 worth of Hungarian forints
Ordered currency in store which did not arrive by the date required. When I ordered the currency the assistant informed me that that they a small amount in branch but it was below what I was wanted. Fortunately as my order didn’t t arrive and this was still available in store I bought this. However needed to get currency whilst in the country which was something I was not intending to do.

Friendly staff, quick service and I managed to get everything I needed in under 30 minutes.
I appreciated the opportunity to prebook the service online as I received a timely phone call informing me it was ready to collect.

Booked travel money but website froze so didn’t complete. Branch called next to confirm money available to collect. Did not collect money.

Bought travel money
Order travel currency on line as the rate was marginally better than Tesco, Sainsbury’s and my bank. Wishing 5 mins of ordering I received a phone call, from the Newtownards branch confirming my purchase and collection time. Also offered currency safety advice, eg. cash card! Collected the next day as arranged with a seamless process. Excellent! Well done!
