Ordered a currency card
If I could rate this card 0 stars I would.
My partner and I really enjoyed using this card on holidays up until the day before we came home. We were both unable to upload any money to our cards, leaving us in a foreign country with no form of payment. I contacted the business and was told to give it a few hours. When I went to check my card later on that day, my card had negative £10.30 on it. I was horrified to see this. I am always up to date with my payments and ensured that I had the correct balance on my account before purchasing anything. I was also using Icelandic Krona , not GBP, so was very confused to see that the negative balance was in GBP. My partner then checked his account and he had the exact same negative balance in his account. After my partner raising a complaint, the business contacted him regarding his concerns with the app, they said that they had some technical issues and that they would correct his balance and change the outcomes to Icelandic Krona, meaning that he would not be charged as much, they then took his balance down to negative £3.
I checked my app the following day and my account had gone to negative £14.13. I contacted the business and requested a phone call back from the complaints department. They have called me back today and said that I am expected to pay the remaining balance. They also told me that they did not have any technical issues despite telling my partner that they did.
They have not corrected my balance and told me that the app would’ve taken 24 hours to update my balance, yet my negative balance keeps on increasing although it has been 3 days.
Also, my partner’s negative balance has increased again today to negative £10.30, despite them saying that they would correct it.
The company has been no help whatsoever. They have given us multiple different responses and no one seems to know what they are doing.
Would not recommend.

Ordered a currency card
While the card to make a purchase worked well at first, when in a major city with good connectivity, despite several attempts at different locations to add funds to the card, this proved impossible
.
Purchases then had to be made with a UK credit card which defeated the purpose of taking out the card, and proved at the time a great inconvenience.
The card is a good idea, but not being able to add funds when abroad nullified the benefits of the card.
