The lady's are helpfull and friendly

The buy back guarantee is OK but only 30% of the amount you buy so I needed to sell to a friend my other 400 euros . But the did tell me that only I forgot .

Ordered £600 worth of euros. On Wed and asked for fri del. 1st time using this company but rates were so good. Reviews were good so gave it a go.

I visited eurochange kiosk in The Liberty Shopping Centre Romford twice this week to buy some euros. I want to thank Sahil who served me on Tuesday and Rikab who was there on Wednesday. Both of them are very courteous, friendly, so patient and helpful. Thanks again for your help.

Cannot fault. Ordered euros on Monday, selected Wed as the delivery date. The package was delivered on time as specified (Special Delivery before 1pm). Had a really good mix of notes from €5 to €50. Absolutely no complaints and would recommend to anyone.

Used an internet comparison site for best Dollar/GBP exchange rate- eurochange the best for collection in local area. Ordered and paid online and collected the next day. Very quick and easy process.

Staff member in Redhill branch (Jake PR) was very polite and helpful. Was a good experience, will definitely use again.

I had a great experience with Rajesh P. at the Eurochange location just outside the Paddington Underground station in September 2023. I went to him in a rush since I was on my way to Heathrow Airport and the Tube machines wouldn't accept my remaining coins to pay for my return fare to the airport. Rajesh noticed the pound coin and the 50 pence coin I was using were actually one no longer in circulation in England (!) - how I ended up with very old coins out of circulation for years after having only been in town one week I'll never know. But he was so kind in helping me out and was so friendly in doing so. Great customer service! Thanks to him.

I researched the best exchange rate and eurochange came up at 1.16, when I got there it was only 1.12, but as I had made a special journey I thought I would proceed. I asked to exchange my cash and was asked for my passport! I didn't have it, so he turned me away. I scrolled through the images on my phone in case I had taken a photograph of it, but I hadn't :-( then I remembered I had 3 types of photographic ID. I queued again and was told no, only a passport. The man serving was also quite abrasive. So after spending money on petrol and parking, I ended up with no euros and being left disappointed and angry.

1st class service and good rate of exchange. Super fast delivery and a great varied selection of notes. I recommend and will use again.

We brought over a period of few week and great every time plus nice variety of notes would have prefer a few twenty though but it's not problem.

ordered first thing in the morning, you get a choice of dates for delivery or collection from a branch, I had them delivered for the following day by special delivery which was free for my 850 euros, got a good mix of 50s,20s,10s and 5 notes, they arrived on time at 930 am, they had the top rate on the day in question on the comparison website

Wanted information and help with transferring money into an American bank and setting up a card. I went to the exchange in Bury, the staff there were terrific and went above and beyond to assure that I understood everything. Thank you so much Sarah xxxx

Dreadful service. They messed up and sent Euros by post instead of to the shop in Kings Heath, Birmingham. This was an easy mistake to make...

I went in to pick them up, and even though I was travelling the next day and would have missed delivery of 600 Euros, they were unable to help. Escalated to regional manager....they said no. So I was left having to pay for another 600 Euros there and then (they did at least match online rate which saved me about .20p). Oh, and they offered me free parking, but I was on the bike. A truly laughable service.

Ordered Euros online to click and collect from Sunderland Bridges store. Went to the shop when instructed by email, to find the place in darkness, although the shutter was up. Waited for a little while but no one came. Rang the number on the email several times but no response. Wandered around the shops for a while and returned to find still no one there. Checked the opening times, apparently Sunday hours are 11am until 5pm. I'd initially arrived around 12. I now need to come out of work early to dash back to town before closing time during the week. The worst of it was, I could have got the same rate over the counter at a shop a few doors up as the 'boosted' online rate I'd paid for with eurochange.... Never again.
