I tried 3 times to order euro from John Lewis for a click and collect. Dreadful experience led me to go to a more user friendly site. Most of the others are so much easier to use and actually allow you to buy currency.
Ordered £505 US dollars. Got $620 US dollars. $450 in $50 dollar bills delivered. Rang customer service who told me to go to my local John Lewis which is in Liverpool. They did not want too know. Rang John Lewis customer service. About 4 more times [...]
